Flat Feet
A functional flat foot is quite common and can result in symptoms ranging from sore or tired feet to general leg fatigue, body aches, and pain. There is a positive correlation between flat feet and symptoms involving foot pain, leg pain, knee pain, hip pain and lower back pain.
HEEL AND ARCH PAIN
Pain in the foot and ankle can be caused by different conditions that affect the area’s bones, muscles, ligaments, tendons, and joints. The pain may vary from slight discomfort to intense and debilitating pain that hinders daily activities.
Achilles Tendonitis
Achilles tendonitis is an overuse injury affecting the Achilles tendon, the thick, fibrous cord that connects the muscles in the back of your calf to your heel bone. The condition is characterized by inflammation, pain, and stiffness in the area of the tendon, usually caused by repetitive stress or excessive loading.
Ingrown Toenails
When the skin on the side of the nail grows over the edges of the nail or grows into the skin, it is called an ingrown nail. It can cause redness, pain, and swelling at the nail’s corner and may lead to infection.
